Microsoft Teams

The cognassist platform offers integration with our dedicated Microsoft Teams app. The app is available on the Microsoft Teams app store. This requires a one time setup process outlined below.

Connecting your Microsoft Teams tenant

Information

In order to connect your Microsoft Teams Tenant, you must be a Client Admin within the Cognassist platform.

1. Install the Cognassist app

Install the app from the Microsoft Teams app store.

2. Connect your tenant

When the app is installed for the first time you will recieve a connect notification.

Click the Connect button, and you will be redirected to the Cognassist platform where you will be asked to sign in. Once signed in, your account will be automatically connected and you will recieve a welcome message in Microsoft Teams. You have then successfully connected your tenant.

Warning

The Connect button will expire after 1 minute. If you try the above with an expired Connect button you will recieve an error in our platform. To request another Connect dialog type Connect in the Teams chat and press enter.
